Objective
Investigate how regular exercise impacts muscle strength.
Materials
- Handgrip dynamometer or other strength measurement tool
- Participants
- Exercise plans
- Notebook for recording data
Instructions
- Divide participants into two groups: one that will follow a regular exercise plan and one that will not.
- Measure baseline muscle strength for each participant using a handgrip dynamometer or another strength measurement tool.
- Have the exercise group follow a specific exercise plan for a set period (e.g., 4 weeks).
- Re-measure muscle strength for all participants after the set period.
- Record and compare the changes in muscle strength for both groups in your notebook.
- Analyze the data to determine the impact of regular exercise on muscle strength.
- Present your findings in a report, discussing the benefits of exercise for muscle health.
