Objective

Instructions

  1. Divide participants into two groups: one that will follow a regular exercise plan and one that will not.
  2. Measure baseline muscle strength for each participant using a handgrip dynamometer or another strength measurement tool.
  3. Have the exercise group follow a specific exercise plan for a set period (e.g., 4 weeks).
  4. Re-measure muscle strength for all participants after the set period.
  5. Record and compare the changes in muscle strength for both groups in your notebook.
  6. Analyze the data to determine the impact of regular exercise on muscle strength.
